Sustainable Building Consultant position

Greenbors, leading real estate sustainability consulting and certification services

provider, is looking for an experienced sustainable building consultant to support the growth in this field of services.

Responsibilities

Undertake and support building certification projects, cooperate with other experts

and managers in providing technical data, conducting on-site survey and data

collection for certification services. Manage sustainable building certifications and

reviews, develop recommendations and action plans for sustainable building

performance improvement.

Qualifications

University degree, knowledge of building engineering, technology, building

management is an advantage. Green and sustainable building certification

experience is a plus. Working knowledge of English language is required. The ideal

candidate is able to work independently as well as in teams, with high level of

persistence and precision.
