Greenbors, leading real estate sustainability consulting and certification services provider in Hungary, is looking for junior consultant candidate to support the growth of its certification services by supporting senior consultants in delivering solutions, gaining valuable experience, and working in a flexible environment that combines office and remote work. Responsibilities

Undertake and support building certification projects, cooperate with experts and managers in providing technical data, conducting on-site survey and data collection for certification and sustainability consulting services. Manage sustainable building certifications and reviews, develop recommendations and action plans for sustainable building performance improvement. Participate in client meetings and site visits, helping to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with sustainability targets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree, preferably master’s degree, knowledge of building engineering, technology, building management is an advantage. Have a high level of problem-solving skills and an understanding of the business drivers of the real estate sector. Candidates are required to have a strong analytical and communication skill and an eagerness to develop consulting skills. Internship or experience in the relevant field is advantageous but not required. Proficiency in Hungarian and a working knowledge of English language is required. The ideal candidate is able to work independently as well as in teams, with high level of persistence and precision.
