Greenbors, leading real estate sustainability consulting and certification services provider in Hungary, is looking for junior consultant candidates to support the growth of its energy consultant services by supporting senior consultants in delivering solutions, gaining valuable experience, and working in a flexible environment that combines office and remote work.

Responsibilities

Support the assessment of building energy performance and energy efficiency, including the analysis of consumption data and technical documentation to identify inefficient systems and solutions. Assist in preparing technical reports, cost-benefit evaluations and tailored energy-saving recommendations. Participating in customer meetings and site visits, helping to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development of energy strategies, decarbonization roadmaps, and energy monitoring frameworks in collaboration with senior consultants and project partners.Participate in client meetings and site visits, helping to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with sustainability targets and regulatory requirements. Support internal knowledge-sharing efforts and stay informed about industry trends, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree, preferably master’s degree, knowledge of building engineering, technology, building management is an advantage. Have a high level of problem-solving skills and an understanding of the business drivers of the real estate sector. Candidates are required to have a strong analytical and communication skill and an eagerness to develop consulting skills. Internship or experience in the relevant field is advantageous but not required. Proficiency in Hungarian and a working knowledge of English language is required. The ideal candidate is able to work independently as well as in teams, with high level of persistence and precision.
