Junior Energy Consultant - Join the Greenbors Team

We’re looking for a Junior Energy Consultant to support our growing energy consulting services. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior consultants, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to innovative sustainability solutions — all within a flexible hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support building energy performance assessments and analyze consumption data to identify inefficiencies

• Assist in preparing technical reports, cost-benefit analyses, and energy-saving recommendations

• Participate in client meetings and site visits to ensure solutions meet sustainability and regulatory goals

• Contribute to developing energy strategies, decarbonization roadmaps, and monitoring frameworks

• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices while supporting internal knowledge sharing

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree (Master’s preferred) in engineering, building sciences, or related fields

• Understanding of building technology, energy efficiency, or sustainability is an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Eagerness to develop consulting skills and grow professionally

• Internship or relevant experience is a plus, but not required

• Fluent in Hungarian and working proficiency in English

• Able to work independently and in teams, with precision and persistence
