Multi-functional projects are increasingly popular in the office market as a result of tightening sustainability requirements and the uncertain economic environment. Budapest Business Journal interviewed several experts on this trend. Among them was Zsombor Barta, founding member of Greenbors, who said that he basically supports the 20-minute city concept and that it is becoming less and less novel to see new office buildings being designed with completely different functions on each floor.
