We are pleased to announce that Mr Pál BAROSS joined us at Greenbors Consulting as Senior Strategic Real Estate Advisor. Pál is a widely acknowledged professional with a wealth of experience in real estate developments and sustainability topics. He has held several high-level positions; most recently he was the Campus Redevelopment director of the CEU, further he was the Country Manager of ING Real Estate Development Hungary, responsible for some iconic real estate developments in Budapest and Pal acted also as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Budapest on public portfolio issues. He is also an enthusiast in sustainable real estate, formerly acted as president of the Hungary Green Building council (HuGBC).
Besides his expertise in the Hungarian market, Pál also has an international outlook. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) , Urban Land Institute ULI), Real Estate Developer Roundtable (IFK), and as part of his education, studied urban planning in Vancouver, and real estate development in London.
Pál is a great addition to our enthusiastic and dynamic team. As part of our holistic approach to sustainability, he will contribute to advising our clients on energy efficiency, decarbonization and green financing options and support them on their way towards a more sustainable future.
