A new ESG system shakes up the Hungarian real estate sector.

The lack of application of ESG criteria presents a significant challenge for players in the Hungarian real estate market, as there is no unified system for measuring these standards, and often even the conditions for data transparency and collection to ensure measurability are not met. This is an increasingly urgent issue, as sustainability, energy efficiency, and social responsibility have now become fundamental expectations in the industry. Portfolio asked our founding partner, Zsombor Barta, MRICS, about these and many other questions. We consider it essential to emphasize ESG in domestic discussions, especially as more companies will have related reporting obligations. Therefore, there will be a strong demand for such and similar support in the future!

We would like to thank Portfolio for this opportunity!
