Sustainability is a much more complex issue than talking only about energy efficiency. Smart systems needs to be sustainable at the same time, but also not every green solution is automatically smart as well. Further, sustainability plays a very important role if it comes to project finance and this will be even more in the focus within the upcoming months / years.
